Roman Chamomile essential Oil (Chamaemelum Nobile)
Chamomile is one of the most popular herbal teas in the western world. Roman chamomile essential oil is used widely to treat babies and infants since it is very soothing to the skin and is a very strong anti-inflammatory. It is also the first choice from menstrual issues, PMS, cramps and mood swings.
The name chamomile comes from two greek words which together mean apple on the ground. The beautiful scent indeed resembles apple.

Sleep aid – warm bath with 4 drops chamomile and 2 drops sandalwood.
Diaper rash – 1 drop chamomile in a tablespoon of olive oil.

Baths: add 5-8 drops to bath
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 15 ml (1 tablespoonful) of carrier oil
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner.
